The Role
As a Lead Consultant at Nimble, you'll be joining our Design Studio, a permanent team of highly skilled advocates of user-centred, accessible and inclusive design.
We are looking for passionate and pragmatic people who can help to shape and develop our growing department, as well as hit the ground running on client projects.
We are looking for people with a specialism in User Research/ UX Research.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and conducting research with a range of users including those with different levels of digital accessibility.
Planning, leading and conducting research projects end to end throughout the different phases from: Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.
Identifying the root of the business problem or opportunity and using the appropriate research methods to understand the users.
Be an excellent communicator when presenting user insights to strategic decision makers.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
Skilled in data analysis and interpretation with the ability to connect data from different sources.
Proactively involved in growing the Community of Practice (programme), to generate awareness and engagement of UCD both internally in Nimble and externally with clients.
