Senior Product Manager

We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds & Manchester, however, a lot of us work remotely. We prefer for everyone to work however is best for them – all we ask is that people go into the office a few times a month and for team / client meetings when required.
What we are looking for:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment to lead Product development on a number of Nimble led engagements. The role would suit an experienced product leader with a breadth of product & marketing experience who is looking to continue their career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Product Manager/Owner and/or Business Analyst role in an agile development environment, working directly with a multidisciplinary team throughout the SDLC.
Ability to analyse business and technical domains. Specifically business intelligence data, user feedback, people, processes and data flows.
User journey mapping to ensure a holistic view of the product
Eliciting and writing Epics and User Stories using INVEST principles with agreed acceptance criteria
Backlog management & prioritisation. Creation of initial backlog and ongoing refinement & prioritisation based on value, cost and risk
Facilitation of product demos and User Acceptance Testing of features.
Data driven decision making. Ability to use data analytics to validate assumptions, measure product success and iterate on features.
Workshop facilitation with business stakeholders, users and technical team members.
Stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
Work with other key members of the product team to develop, elaborate and firm up an evolving roadmap for key products and/or key clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and present to all level of stakeholders (C-level, users and Delivery Teams)
Key Skills:
Strong communicator/experience of having difficult conversations
Strong decision maker and able to influence stakeholders
Team player (where have you worked part of a team of Dev’s etc)
Tenacity - to overcome hurdles in both people and process
Leadership experience - the drive to put the team first
Confidence/experience to work in a single Lead Role
Experience in User Centred Design
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
