Are you passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience? We're looking for a People Experience Lead to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This hybrid role is based out of our Manchester, Leeds, or Sheffield hubs and will involve some travel to the other Nimble Hubs.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our company, owning the entire employee journey. You’ll lead a first-class onboarding process for all new starters , shape our company culture , and drive key initiatives in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I), Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Social Value.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a People, HR, or Onboarding role.
Experience in leading ED&I initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and an organised approach.
CIPD Level 3 certification.
