We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester and Bristol, however, a lot of us work remotely. We prefer for everyone to work however is best for them – all we ask is that people go into the office a few times a month and for team / client meetings when required.
What we are looking for:
As we grow, we are looking for brilliant Business Analysts to join our existing teams. We are looking for people with Senior & Principal level experience.
You will be passionate about your craft and have experience in delivering scalable, reliable software to production. We’re proud of our collaborative, open engineering community of practice and would love for you to be a part of it.
Due to the nature of our clients, we can be flexible but we are looking for:
Knowledge of the Agile framework, Scrum, Kanban
High Level of professionalism
Capacity to balance the strategic vision with the day to day operations of the organisation
Work independently with minimal guidance
Useful, but not necessary:
Product Owner, Scrum Master experience
Consultancy experience
Planning and resource allocation
Budgeting and forecasting
Responsibilities:
Strong management skills
Leadership skills
Deployed on new projects
Ability to multi-task i.e., managing multiple projects
Recruiting and hiring for an expanding BA team
On-boarding and training new hires
Mentoring
Assess and recommend to the needs of a project
Ability to see a resource that is helping to drive the business analysis practice
Know who to extract information from, the techniques to use and time period
Strong problem-solving ability
Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team
Ability to influence others
Strategic agility – (strong understanding of why projects are being done)
Ability to ask tough questions and push back professionally and creatively to ensure the success of the organisation and projects
Confident at presenting at the senior executive level
